Hello everyone!Well, it has been a truly amazing year.
I have travelled, met new friends, evolved creatively and personally, expanded my business, set up my website and most of all - had a great time doing it! I am really excited about the continual growth of my career and what 2009 will bring!!
ROCKING AROUND THE CHRISTMAS TREE!
I have been so busy during the past two months, this Christmas season has been period of successful gigs and happy customers. These were my favourite:
* A night of 60's and 70's at my village club in Buckinghamshire. With so many of my friends and family in the audience, it was entertaining for me too! I sang hits by The Supremes, Jacksons, Abba, Foundations, Dusty Springfield and many more. The crowd were in great spirits and the dancefloor was packed, result!
* 'Santa's Sweeties' Christmas show sparkled at an Army Christmas party in Salisbury. (See picture above) The crowd loved the festive music and costumes. As usual, the dancers were fantastic, they know how to have fun whilst performing their routines! Many thanks to Samantha Vale for her choreography for the Christmas show. * Providing entertainment for 'City Water & Environmental Consultants Ltd' Christmas Party in Hertford. The crowd were lovely and friendly, I felt so welcome! Sue and Brian were terrific hosts, they provided the perfect setting, a tasty spread and were not afraid to be the first to dance! It was a brilliant party!
SONG WRITING
I have started to work on my first original song. I am so excited about it!!!! I have recorded a vocal guide, which helps me to develop the song. The producer is now working on ideas for the music track and we should have the final mix done very soon. I will add it to the website once complete! Watch this space...

I know it's important to appreciate the blessings in life. I would like to take this opportunity to thank: Mark Witney for his patience and expertise whilst designing my website, Cambrian for providing me with the opportunity to tour the UK which gave me invaluable experience, Mary-Clare for her words of wisdom!, my parents for their constant support and all my wonderful friends and family.
